• The watch must be unworn, and all packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included;

• Contact our support team to start your return — we’ll guide you through each step;

• Once we receive and verify the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days;

• We cover shipping costs if the return is due to a product issue. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
